It depends on what you believe. You can believe that all the cosmos is created for you which places you in the middle of all cosmos or you can believe that you are only very small part of entire existence which puts you somewhere in the middle of cosmos since everything else which are bigger than you would surround you. In the end, I think that humanity is near or at the absolute center of cosmos.

Mans place in the Cosmos is first to learn from it from experience, and when done the goal of Man is to fulfil the Cosmos. For it cannot become what it can become without us. We are not here to fulfil ourselves but to fulfil the Cosmic Principle through our being and becoming process. It will happen. But not yet.

We each are one of the many unique expressions of nature. Our place is no more or less significant than that of the the bacteria or stars. The question implies that there is something more than the functioning of the mechanism our culture calls 'cosmos'. We are one component of this mechanism.

Humanity belongs to a genus of creatures whose intellectual substance is united to a body as it's actuating form. Thus we need bodies to provide intermediate representations to our
intellects in order to abstract our first principles from reality.
This places us at the lowest grade of intellectual substances
as members of this genus, in contrast to intellectual substances with infused knowledge who do not require bodies since they always did have the principles and do not
need discursive reasoning as we do, and therefore never
have to study things like us!
