Actually I went to college and majored in business for that very reason, I wanted to open a shop like that, except after working for a small business, I realized I like knowin I'm gettin a paycheck every week and Im not willing to risk it! Now I just manage other peoples business...works out great!

I've already owned a couple restaurants. Bakery sounds fun, but I'd rather do consulting and design for restaurants now.
