USA? Is congress involved? The military? Or are you trying to blame 300 million people for something a group is involved with?
The group claims they found it in international waters, but who knows. With satellite tech., if they were in spanish waters the spanish should have little trouble proving it.

we didnt steal it, we found it. Im sure the goverment gets a share of that. what if you found it would it be stealing? yes, because it really doesnt belong to anyone, but the people who went down with it, NO?
