There are many responsible:
- The retail store which sold the vase.
- The person who bought the vase and brought it home
- The florist who put into temptation the person who bought the vase.
- The rose tree
------------------
Finally, the most responsible is the person who threw the vase. No matter how challenged, people must control their anger and not to do things that might cause physical damage.

I guess it could be both. Think about it:

The person who threw it didn't have to throw it to show their anger...
But at the same time, the person who provoked the thrower didn't have to say or do whatever they did or said to make the person angry. If they didn't, they would have never gotten hit in the head with a vase.

Person who threw it. Needs to learn to control temper!
Though I could totally relate to the thrower. That happened to me once, cept I threw my cushion and it hit the vase which fell down the stairs and I had to pay for a replacement.

Wow have harsh parents but i don't agree with all the punishments though. I think you had no right playing ball in the house anyway. Well here are my thoughts punishment number 1, i think that your parents should let you play those sports but just in the park or the back yard. Punishment number 2, i totally agree with , you do have to take some responsibility in it because you did do something wrong. Punishment number 3, i think that is totally unfair you should not be wearing diapers that one was taken way out of prospective. Punishment number 4, that is totally unfair too, your parents should not beat you they should just make you write and essay about what you did wrong and they should give you a lecture about it.That is child abuse. Punishment number 5, i think you should be grounded but not from everything, just for like 2 months probably. But i think these punishments sound like things for people in jail. TAKE IT EASY AND STAY OUT OF TROUBLE!!

The person that made them mad enough to throw it. They knew the vase was there and knew what was going to happen.
