a little of both for good i think then you can keep up with friends questions but for bad what if theres just someone you really don't like or some kind of stalker on i think you should be able to approve people to be on your contact list

Depends on the Contact , I have a few that are really good and I have had a few that I have not heard from since they contacted me which is a waste of time especially if your contacts dont communicate you after they want you in the first place.
