Dreams give your mind an outlet to do things that you might not normally do. If you are looking for what it 'means,' trust your own thoughts and feelings. How were you feeling during the dream? What were you thinking? What did it mean to you?

A lot of times dreams don't have a meaning/interpretation per se, but you can often learn something about how you are acting in the 'real world' from them.
I hope that helps.

It was just a dream and I wouldn't worry to much about it. If you think that's bad, my boss, who is about 20 years older than I am, once told me he had a dream like that about me. Trés creepy!

I assume by "sleep" you actually mean that you had sex with your boss. I wouldn't read too much into it. I also would recommend that you never date or have sex with a co-worker.
