Hi Katherine!
I became a veggie when I was 14, and had no problems whatsoever...just make sure you are getting all of your essentils, or take a one a day multi vitamin if you aren't that great with your diet. It didn;t affect my breast size...I am a 38C. But I have been told that not only do the boys like ALL sizes, the smaller ones have more sensation. So don;t worry about getting bigger ones!

If you are 14 and "just became a vegetarian" it is very important that you get the vital amino acids which most people would get from meat.

Be sure to be conscientious about eating grain/legume combinations, as THIS will provide you with the very essential amino acid chains. Like beans -n- rice, or corn and lima beans.

Grains and legumes. Eaten at the same time.

And what the other poster said, too. About B vitamins and overall good nutrition.

And your breast size is pretty much genetic.

Edit: Just had a very nice person email me to let me know that the grains/legumes thing has been "updated." I read "Diet for a New America" over 12 years ago, so sorry for the outdated information! That's a big plus of these boards, you get really good exposure to new people and ideas!

No, it will NOT negatively affect your development! The most important thing, though, is that you eat right and make sure you get all the necessary nutrients. I also became a vegetarian when I was in my teens, and at 33, I am now 5'7" 1/2 and I wear a 34 B cup. (I think that those things are more influenced by genes than anything else, though.)

I became a veggie at 13 and I'm a 36D, but don't worry about your chest size, everyone is different.
No matter what the nay sayers tell you, as long as you are getting all the nutrients you need, vegetarianism will only have a positive effect. =)

xx

I'd have a chat with your physician about it & see if you will need to take supplements to replace any nutrients you may miss.

Breast size is genetic sweetie. I have the DDD and up breasts from my mom's side, my cousins have smaller ones like their mom. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
