Considering that the military budget of the U.S. is as big as all of the other countries of the world, I think that is a pretty bold request. I would like some transparency of the U.S. military budget for the taxpayers.

It would be improper not to urge this. China is engaging in a massive military buildup. If their intentions are not offensive, it would be wise to ease tensions with transparency.
