The summer of love thousands of people flocked to Haight Ashbury to join the hippie experience, only to discover what they'd come for was disappearing. The celebration of free love, music, and an alternative lifestyle had descended into drug abuse, broken dreams, and violence. At the same time, the Beatles were heavily into drugs, constantly fighting and on the verge of breaking up the band. Paris Hilton is too dumb and spoiled to get the irony of any of this.
