NO--don't take anything with tylenol pm--you'll be too sleepy! Get a heating pad and lie down for a while--hopefully, your cramps will calm down before too long. If not, try to get to the store and get one of those heating pad strips that you can wear next to your skin, underneath your clothes. I keep those on hand to use when I'm cramping like crazy but have to go to class--they really work, and they're invisible to everybody else. They just stick to your underwear and stay hot for 8 hours. They make some specially shaped for using with menstrual cramps.
Good luck, and you have my sympathy!

Eat a banana, take a 20 minute gentle walk, and then rest with a heating pad on your abdomen. The walking helps ease the muscles that are cramping.
But first, take my magic cramp-stopping formula: Take 2 Pamprin (not midol), 1 Advil or Motrin, and 1 drink with caffeine in it (soda, tea, coffee, whatever). I promise it will work.

It is a little late for this advice but regular exercize can sometimes help. I would try a heating pad and relaxing for a bit. I do not know what the pain killer is in midol but you might try something different to see if that works better for you.

get yourself some of those heat patches ( i can't remeber who makes them right now, but you'll be able to find them at any drug store, walmart, etc) they stick right on your skin and heat for several hours...this will help your pain some, also try taking some advil (or any brand of ibuprofen)...it helps my cramps better than midol...hope this works for you, good luck on your test!

Go for a walk for at least 30 minutes. It may help, I know it has helped my terrible cramps before. It may seem a little difficult since you are in pain, but do your best.
