Poor s o d who has that number they are going to get inundated now and yes it is a UK mobile number it has 11 digits and starts with 07.

hi i had a huy call me last week on a similar number- sorry i dont have the number to hand.
but he was selling me a new mobile phone - well in fact he told me that i had won the phone nad just had to pay the contract every month - he must have thought i was born yesterday. it was a scam -
i said no politely and hung up.
i wouldnt waste your time love
