It could be braxton hicks contractions. Does your uterus feel tight or hard when you have the crampy feeling? You should be having doctor's appointments every week during your last month so talk to your doctor about any concerns. As long as the baby is moving like usual then there shouldn't be anything to worry about. This is your body getting ready for labor & delivery. Good luck & God bless.

If youre delivering at a teaching hospital, June 30th is the best date to have it, as of July 1, everyone switches levels. Just something to be aware of, especially July 1 and after to keep an eye out for new people doing procedures. Be assertive if you're concerned about anything at all.

I think you are having braxton hicks contractions, and they are completely normal. If you start to have very bad cramps, regular and plainful contractions(They feel like something is squeezing your tummy and it hurts) or if you notice any bloody show in your discharge, then call your dr asap or go straight to Labor and Delivery. Don't worry though, I think what is happening with you right now is pretty normal.

Im thinking your braxton hicks contractions are getting more intense so it makes it a lil painful. Your body is just preparing for labor. You'll be alright!
