Everyone in the USA gets the healthcare they need. If they don't have the means to pay for it or don't have insurance, the state pays the bill.
There are no people in the USA dieing from lack of medical attention. There are no people in America on waiting lists for medical attention.
The big beef in America is the cost of health insurance and nothing else.
