If you mean a keylogger just scan it with an antivirus. You could format your hard drive but then you would use all your files.

I dont know for sure, but this is what I have been told... Supposedly there are two ways of doing it. Either an actual device placed on the back of the comp that plugs in, or a software program from the network. If its an actual device, you would be able to see it If it is a soft ware, you would notice your comp going significantly slower. However, I do not know for sure if this is accurate. There is a computer and tech board on here. I think you will get better answers if you ask over there

Use your search engine and see if you can find a free antikeylogger software. I don't know of any free ones to give to you. If you can find a free anti-keylogger or one that give you an evaluation period download and run the program. Will tell you if you have a keylogger installed.
You can try a program I have for spyware that also detects keyloggers from Austra, A2 Malware. Download their free version as it will detect, keyloggers, worms, malware, trace spyware, rogue dialers, rogue cookies.
