you need a reality check:
girls don't look up to paris hilton, etc. At all. I'm a girl and I think she's a phony idiot, every girl I've ever talked to thinks shes a phony idiot. I don't know where you got this idea but it is rather misguided. One girl (representing an exception) must have given you the wrong idea.
And to be perfectly honest,
guys are the ones who are stereotypically recognized as being obsessed with athletes who make way too much money.

I think you have it wrong; the media may say young girls look up to people like Paris, but your average female is probably detested by her. I'm sure if you poll the woman that answer this Q. your percentage against Paris would triple the percentage for her.
It's like the old saying, " All men like BIG breasted women" of all my friends maybe one prefers a big chest on a woman and the others prefer a "stable woman" period.

This is definitly a steryo type. Not all girls look up to "idiots" and not all guys look up to "people who do impotant stuff" Everyones different and look up to different people its their choice and you shouldn't judge them by it and deffinitly not just assume that everyones like that.
