That is the way of it, sad but true.
Right now, the Dems ran on such promises as "lower gas prices" to retake congress. Have they delivered, no, because they lied to get in, and now they point the finger at the current administration.
Yes, we must watch very carefully, and be very wary of any politician that espouses socialism.
The congress will not likely EVER vote for term limits on themselves, so it falls to us to limit their terms ourselves. We must oust the corruption, regardless of party lines.
A'rmy: It may be that the only way for these people to truly know that this is poor policy is for them to live it, and feel the failure. They have dreams of rainbows and sunshine and are willing to do anything to achieve it, even if that very thing brings darkness and pain. Please don't give up, we need you.

I believe it is the clintons intention to get her in the WH, and him as the top guy at the UN, he will try to get the one world government going and if he is successful she will agree to let the UN lead us.
Megalomaniacs, very dangerous people, and you cannot believe a word from them.
DO you remember, well it depends on what the meaning of is is?
These people are dangerous to our freedom.
JUST READ THE ANSWERS
It really amazes me that the dem supporters will say it is okay to lie because someone on the other side lied, or it is okay for Jefferson to take kickback because cunningham did it.
SO my question would be if that is your moral compass and someone on the other side killed someone and walked that you are okay with someone on your side killing someone?
Do you not see how stupid you look, how immoral, when you say the other side did it first. You sound like grade schoolers, "but Mom Billy did it first".
I am truly beginning to believe that all dem supporters have NO morality at all anymore, all you can do is make excuses, you never demand that your politicians do what is right and that is okay for them to lie because someone else did.
Do you not see anything wrong with your position? Frigging incredible.
This country is going down the toilet thanks to your lack of morality, your lack of a sense of right and wrong. It appears the commies have won.

Deficit spending began with Nixon, and it didn't end until Clinton. The courageous budget that passed through the House in 1993 didn't have one Republican vote. That was the beginning of deficit reduction. Of course that vote set up the so-called Contract with America and the Republican takeover of Congress in 1994. Give credit where credit is due. I hope Hillary keeps hammering away at the accomplishments of her husband, so that it stirs our memories and brings back the responsible fiscal dicipline we need. Regretably, I wished Al Gore had done the same, and for all of you Republicans who want all the credit... chalk one up for the Supreme Court...

Nope, Hillary was correct. There was a SURPLUS when Bush took over. If you've been told something else you need to stop believing everything you're told and check facts out for yourself. I find the collective brainwashing (as your first answerer mentioned) of the conservatives about Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Presidency way more disturbing. By the way, are your grandchildren going to blame President Clinton or President Bush when they're still paying for his war decades from now? I'll give you three guesses and the first two don't count.

You are absolutely right. You can count on the left to take credit for something if it works, and if it doesn't to blame somebody else. Why do you think every one of them are now scrambling to "redefine" their positions, and votes for the war? NOW? It's all about spin and depending on voters to have short memories about their own shortsightedness and political indecisiveness. Ex. Anybody remember when slick willie cut the size of the army by two whole divisions?
Let's not forget the role of the toadie liberal press in this. They have the liberal/left all but inaugerated already.

The truth is, when Clinton left office, our country's budget
was in a surplus. Elway is correct, generations will be
paying for Bush's war & irresponsible spending for
decades to come.
Trying to pass the blame won't change a thing.
I can remember glorious George sending 12 million
dollars to Iraq to jump start their economy & Losing it.
Is that being dishonest or just plain stupid?

Fact: the president gets blamed when the economy is bad.
Fact: during Clinton's Admin. we were able to decrease the deficit.
Fact: Billy was a sleazy hillbilly scum.
I didn't like him either but she didn't lie.

It is the nature of the beast. Everyone does it in politics - it is to make themselves look better.
What I find disgusting is that you can't spell disgusting. I sure hope you are concentrating on your grammar in school.
