A lot of kids play bloody video games. What difference does the parent's party affiliation have to do with anything?

I'm a republican, am 42yrs old and still play bloody war video games with my 20yr old son when he comes home from college. I watch Patton every time its on, McArthur everytime its on, enjoy watching War Stories when I can, shows what true bravery and sacrifice is by people who are willing to protect you while you criticize them for having a "blood lust".
I served 41/2 yrs in the Air Force, My Dad served in Korea(He's a republican too), my 3 brothers-in-law served, 1Army MP, 1 Army tank driver, 1 Air Force Glow Worm (ballistic missle maintenance). We would all just as soon you said thank you and go on your way. The thing about rebublicans and bloody video games is that they teach their kids that it's just a game, and we don't kill people unjustly in real life. And as far as loving war and watching our troops suffer, I still know people that are serving and if you think I want to suffer you need mental help. No soldier wants to go to war, but they swore an oath to protect you and your rights to spout this bilge, so again just say thank you and move on/

dude are you ******* mental? its just a GAME! personally i think the whole republican/democratic war is nonsense. i mean honestly, we're all on the same side. you are the kind of person i consider a lowlife. how many people spend all day watching their neighbors for the slightest bit of violence? i've played such games before and i'm far from being a violent person. i'm sorry to say this but its the truth. you people can give me all the thumbs down you want but that won't change a thing.

Nobody loves to see our troops suffer Tree Kisser, this is just left-wing rhetoric you are spewing.
Also, I am a liberal who is against the war in Iraq and I love bloody war video games, I have the entire Call of Duty series on my PC/Xbox/Xbox 360.

You "proved" a point? The only "point" proven is that your naive and a generalist whose opinion is so biased it clouds good judgement. Anyone who thinks Hillary will get within sniffing distance of the Presidency is misguided and the greatest gift the democratic party could give to the republicans is to giver her their party's nomination. Nothing, will serve better to ensuring the republicans retaining the office.

You have a false premise in your question, which has no place in an intelligent debate of ideas.
Perhaps you should go out and get some air.

Liberal or conservative, anybody that lets their kids play adult rated video games is doing a poor job of parenting.

What's worse?
Republicans watching war movies with their kids?
Or Democrats watching porn with their kids?
My kids have watched war movies, and I have taught them how awful war is. They know that a human life should never be taken unless in the most dire circumstances.
