I had the same thing for years, turned out it was low blood pressure.Get your blood pressure tested sitting down also get the doctor to test it when you stand up ,also dont skip meals, and have little snacks throughout the day.Hope this helps..

I'm not a doctor but it sound as though it could be related to blood pressure.
Instead of asking a bunch of computer nerds here, why not visit a doctor?

you say your vision goes blurry, but does it sometimes go grey? you may be anemic or it may be to do with blood pressure. or it could be as simple as not having enough water. dehydration can give you headaches, dizziness, weakness, dry skin & so on.

There called migranes. I used to get them frequently, I still do after I workout. When you get them take motrin or advil. Good luck!

you should go and tell the doctor what you have told us - he will listen and evaluate as he/she has done years of medical training, and speaking for most on here - we have very little! So go talk to your GP and not on here!
Good luck
