no, I doubt it. the Clintons may be despised by Republicans, but I believe the award goes to G.W.Bush for all the death , destruction and alienation he has caused in the world and distance he's put between us an our allies.
You are obviously a Bush supporter, so I don't imagine you will care for my response, but save this one and look at it in a few years, history will proove me right.
