There's a saying I'd like to quote here:

"The average woman would rather be attractive than studious because the average man can see better than he can think."

That about sums it up.

mindful.... Hmmmmm.... I would have to say yes... and no.
i think women may be more attentive to their looks - but not necessarily to their bodies.
While men may not be as focused on their looks, they are very aware of what is going on with thier bodies physically - Do you see what i mean?
Women put on makeup and fuss with their hair, while men seem to pay attention to the actual physiology of their bodies more.

women are more mindful of there bodies for several reasons. first they are mindful becuz men are mindful of ther ebodies they want to look good for the guys they want to be accepted and thought of as beautiful. second..girls want to be better looking than eachother. they might not say they are competetive in that way but every girls knows that if she see's a prettier girl she is wondering how she can be like them or what they can do to look better so they are always striving 2 look better and fight off the looks of age

Women are more mindful of their bodies. They get a reminder about every month.

i dont think being mindful of your body depends on your sex... it rather depends on your age.
