2nd month on clomid?

This month my period was a week and 2 days, real light and a bright red colour, it wasn't thick but it was thin, I was wondering if am on clomid with long cycles would the pill help me ovulate or not?

Clomid is suppose to help you ovulate but it doesn't work for everyone. I took it and discovered I was not ovulating with it. It can also make you ovulate late. The length of your cycles should not affect you ovulating or not. Also Clomid can cause cysts, so you need to be monitored while taking it.
