Or is it a case of because you have lost weight off there, no matter how much chest work u do they will still be a bit dropsy?? just wondered instead of having to worry bout getting an uplift so they sit up and stay up right...whether the chest work is the go and what sort of exercises to do...if they will give them that result, lifted and firm look?? thanks.

You can work-out your pectorals muscles which lie underneath your breast tissue for some extra lift but it doesn't reduce your other symptoms.

There are exercises one can do to firm up the muscle, but the rest of the breast is fat and really there is no way to firm fat. I asked the same question to my trainer. Depending on age and how fit someone is, the size of the breasts, pregnancy and breast feeding are all factors. A lady with smaller breasts would see a bigger difference then a lady with larger breasts. The exercises I did worked to some degree, but I'm a C cup so the results were better than not doing them, but my breast as a whole is still holding that damn pencil to save it's life. Gravity sucks.

do exercises to strengthen your pecs, the muscles that run across your chest under your breasts. also, give it time. the skin will tighten up with time. the only time this doesn't work so well is when you have lost EXCESSIVE amounts of weight as with gastric bypass or something similar if you were morbidly obese. then the skin has been stretched so far that it has lost some of its elasticity. seriously, if it was SOME weight, say around or under 30 lbs total, do the strength exercises, use lotion and give it time. in six months, if you haven't seen a change, think about what your other options are.

you could do chest exercises that firm the muscles under your breasts (your pecs).
