often my vission goes blurry and i get a quick hedache it last about 1-2 seconds then goes and i am fine...what could it be ...i get it just randumly sumtimes afewtimes aday sumtimes once a week what could it be?

It sounds like migraines, but without being seen I would just be guessing. So, make an apt. with your doc. & find out what's going on, to make sure it's nothing more serious.

Go to the optometrist-I think you need glasses. This is what happened to my son-he would complain of these frequent headaches. Glasses totally corrected the problem.

Without examining you and running tests there is no way anyone can have a clue what it could be. See your doc and get this diagnosed.

get your blood pressure checked it could be high.
