NO WAY!!!! Those things scream READ ME!!! Do NOT put anything on paper that is important or private to you. Buy a Bookkeeping pad or whatever, but don't write in anything that says PRIVATE!!! (Remember those tacky little cheap keys?
HA!! Like my mother couldn't figure that out.) Honestly, I can remember my life without writing it down.

I have one where I write appointments and such like, but I never commit anything personal to paper for fear of who may read it.

Yep, and I put almost everything in it. It's really thick, and it's covers are decorated with pictures of lipstick marks and such. I love it!
