Anyone know of a program i could use to count the pixels of a picture? I am working on a B&W mosaic, and the picture i am using consists of well over 400,000 pixels. In order to figure out how many of each tile i need, i have to count the pixels (1 pixel =1 tile). I really do not want to count each pixel myself, so if anyone knows of a prog. that counts the pixels of a picture by color, lemme know.

Photoshop has this information.

Go to Image -> Image Size.

This will give you the number of pixels in the horizontal and vertical. Multiply both and that will give you the total number of pixels in your design.

"counts the pixels of a picture by color"
You need to make the most important part of your request much more promenant.
You are going to have trouble finding this and then you are going to have trouble handling the data.
There will have to be a range of color codes matched to each file. 24 bit color (3 8 bit codes per color) can make 16.9 million colors. What is the type of your source file? Do you do computer programming, so you can scan the data file for numbers.
Besides, not only do you have to match, you have to be able to pull up the files in the order of the pixels

basically you get into counter strike and press the upload image button and see what comes up as its address at the top. then search that file while in your computer and paste a copied picture into that file. then go into counter strike upload the picture and then join a server twice in a row. you now have a custom spray! :D btw i found this out myself.
