She has never claimed that she hasn't had writer's block. She denied having block for the 5th book, Order of the Phoenix... there were rumours because there was such a huge difference in the one year between the 3rd and 4th and the three and a half years between the 4th and 5th.
Jo Rowling actually claimed to have writer's block for her second in the series, in an interview in 2003:
"Chamber of Secrets, I really did have writer's block."
- JK Rowling in "JK's OOTP interview," BBC Newsnight 19 June 2003.
So, your question isn't true... Jo has admitted to writer's block before.

yes it is possible because when you are really passionate about something like rowling is about her novels then the writer can eb so wrapped up in te story that writers block is not something that happens. it is like when you're doing something you do not get bored.
plus if you consider how long she has been working onhe books and going through the story line then it just rarely happens.
if you go to her site you wil see that she has made many revisions to the books. for instance she took out that harry would find out alot about voldemort and the deatheaters and stuff from a couson of ron's. jk rowling thought that this was odd though that a little girl would know sooo much about that. she was also going to call (i think it was) dean thomas gary in the beginning.
she may not consider it writer block but there is something there that she has to deal with!

I don't know for sure if she ever had writer's block, but I'd say that most likely. No one is ever at full power. I remember something she said before the fourth came out, that because of her increased fame that she was not able to spend as much time and concentrate on her writing. I guess she's gotten over that since she's finished the books.

She's just a great inspiration to we writers who have struggled like she has in the beginning. My agent is now shopping my YA fantasy trilogy, and I'm hopeful for a positive acceptance. We are out to 19 publishers. for some reason I want Disney Hyperion. And I don't know why, except for the brand recognition.
