If you mix the two you will get a hybrid which is unproductive.
They were on a different course. Gandhi had a mission and he thought that only by practising non-violence and by sticking to truth can one achieve freedom from a foreign yoke.
Osho transgressed in the realm of human psychology and metaphysics, and dwelt somewhat on Utopian theme. His concept of "sambhog se samadhi tak"may turn you to an ecstatic world where everything is fine.

Many of us are actually doing it! and, it seems to be working: there are a few areas where there is no conflict! Gandhian philosophy and code were kind of contextual: it is a certain context that produced that school, whereas, Osho was the product of a more universal, time-transcending, plane! Do some approximations and try to mix the two together, and, in theory, it should work, because both are meant for human consumption at all times, in the final analysis!

Gandhiji's school is a primary school, where you the headmaster himself was not so visionary... his was a personal life style dangerously mixed with politics... just like socialism, it was a romantic concept with no real roots ...
I think it has failed miserably... and india is still sufferred a lot and still suffering from the confusion it created..his was a personal view, and will be dangerous if adopted socially.
and osho's is a university with many branches of studies, many paths leading to the ultimate...It donot distroy the veriety its not life negative, it accomodates everyone.. its more or less the same as advaitha improvised...
And as far as mixing is concerned better not to..
as sysnthesis will not help any..
the whole purpose of religiousness, or life style of great is with one and only one aim...
peeling of ego and to give you an "Experience" of that you are part of the whole by dropping the ego or by making you "Oceanic"... feeling of the dew drop melting into the ocean....
Paths are not hte important thing.. they are ladders...
Be like gandhi or be like dancing krisha with gopikas or nabi with sword or budha beneath bodhi tree, or sufis who whril... or be your own (i personally prefer the last..make it in your own way)... any ladder, and all external effects are secondary..wat is important is wats happening to YOU
and mixing?...forget about the effects and don't miss the bulls eye ;)

Why Mix only these two Ghandhiji and Osho( Rajneesh) mix all the great thinkers to learn , life is about learning and there have been great thinkers, learn from all of them . It is You and Me who have to learn and move on to live a more fulfilling and virtuous life.

Gandhiji philosphy was to put the track on truth
& osho was to live the life splendid & also remeber the god.
both one was equally at their point, if both philosphy mixed it couldnt work. Truth is sounds good in listening. but pratically it can be hold by any one much more. my opinion it doesnt work.

Osho thinking does require some maturity. It will never even be entertained by robots.

combination of both will also work. Simplicity and self reliance as well as moraliy, and experiments with truth of Gandhiji is in principle nowhere conflicts with he osho philosophy on different subjects.

I do not think these two philosophies can be mixed.

They are entirely different from one another.

Then how can you first of all mix them? mixing oil and water like? They are always separate.

In my opinion it is NOT AT ALL WORTH EVEN IMAGINING.
