You do not qualify for an anullment. You are divorced.

What do you mean by annulment? Do you mean cancellation of the divorce? Once you're divorced the marriage is over and the issue of an annulment becomes obsolete. You can only have a marriage annulled if for instance you have not consumated it. Once the marriage is anulled the position would be the same as if you had never married at all. A divorce is different.

If you're talking about a legal annulment...you can't get an annulment after a divorce has been granted. You can only have one--a divorce or an annulment.

If you're talking about a religious annulment, then I have no clue.

You don't ever. Once a divorce happens that setttles the legalities.

An annullment is a ruling that the marriage never existed. Its based upon some fact that means the people could not have been legally married.
