Now or all time? (This is how much of a geek I am.)
Favorite right now: Honey Bunches O' Oats (the yellow box). It was Cracklin Oat Bran, but the fatty oils would go straight to my heart and I'd die at 35. Not good.
All-time favorite: Kenmei Rice Bran (circa early 1990s). Made from Kellogg's, this stuff was killer. It came in an orange box and had a samurai's shadow on it. I've mourned its passing ever since.
