They have referenced terrorism too many times this season for it not to have an impact on the end of the show. I think that the New York crew will be rocked by some type of attack, killing Phil.
Now, if Tony Soprano is killed it will not be by the hands of an outsider. Tony will either be killed by a member of his family or his crew!

Unfortunately there's no way to get any leaks but you can try some Soprano websites by googling them. But there were several endings filmed regarding the finale and it's a closely guarded secret. We just have to wait to find out. Hopefully, it will be good.

If you really want to know, this is what happens...
It ends with Tony sitting in Dr. Melfi's office (where else). We find out that the whole show has been Tony telling Dr. Melfi about his FANTASIES of being a mob boss. All these stories are figments of Tony's imagination and never really happened. The last and final scene of the show is Tony loading up a garbage truck. That's what he is - a garbageman who has been having these fantasies about being a mob boss - that's why he was being treated by Dr. Melfi

As others have said there is speculation online. Similarly, there have been 3 or 4 endings shot so that people don't really know what will happen.
I think AJ is going to go all suicide bomber on either tony or philly, and the one that lives takes all.
