Love is like a disease if it is one-sided and not responded to by the beloved in any reasonable measure. This kind of love needs to be cured in order to progress with life.

The cure lies in getting a substantive goal for life other than love which will automatically create a distance from the beloved and over a period of time, the one-sided love would subside reasonably enough to hurt only very occasionally and generally remain in the background of life.

So Love is some kind of dis-ease, Rena?
Beam her down, Scotty!
Without Love, the creative energy of All That Is, you could not be here asking this question or reading this answer.
I am sorry for not having lived my life flowing more true love.
Maybe then you might have been happier. I am sorry and I promise to let it flow more and more from now on. Yes, this will make a difference. Watch! The cure for a lack of love is joy, so enjoy.

if you think there is a need for curing love, than probably, you do not know what real love is.

Love makes us noble, magnanimous, generous to the extreme.
If you love more fully, - like wanting the best for that loved person,- then you will not suffer from Love, whatever the circumstances are.
You would be "in Love" must of the time, and you wouldn't want to be cure of anything.

You have got it all wrong. You need a cure for a disease. Love is not a disease even though it is contagious.Love itself is a cure for many ailments. So don't ask for a cure and never try or even hope to be cured of love. What if the object of your love is not yours. The love you bear towards hi/her is with you.Instead of trying to cure youself of love try to expand it and spread it everywhere.Expand the boundaries of your love so far limited toan individual to all individuals. If the object of your love had dumped you it will be ashamed of itself. But do not do it to shame it. Because as a part of the whole you will be covering it with your boundless love.

In a word. No.
By cure you are implying that love is a disease or you are in a state of dis-ease. In fact it is the opposite, love is at ease, truth.
Is there an opposite to love? there has to be. But cure, I dont think so

Actually, i don't get your question....
Anyway, there its no cure for it is not a disease that should be treated.
But if you wish to understand love better, try looking it in this way, "Each of us has the capacity to love, but it doesn't mean that the person we love, can love us back... And we can't do anything about it. We cannot force them nor dictate them that it is you or I that he/she should love" It is sad to know but it is what we call REALITY.
So next time you love/ fall for someone and that someone loves you back, be thankful and value it.
Remember, crazy as it may sound but in this world submerged in impurities (lust, lie, violence, & etc.) it's rare to find a person that could truly love you back.

yes. I can think of two.

1. This is a cure you can "make": Tell yourself over and over how much you hate the other person. Think only of the bad things they have said and done. Pick them apart and focus on all negative aspects; i.e. the way they chew their food, or the stupid mole on their cheek - whatever. Find the negative and obsess on it.

2. This is a cure the other person must "make" for you - but you must be willing to take it: They must become a jerk, and you must realize that he/she is a jerk.

Why would you want to be cured?
Even unrequited love is worth experiencing.
Some say marraige is the cure for love, if that is the case I say one of two things happened:
1) lust was mistaken for love
2) you simply didn't marry the one God intended you to.
Be in love, love is about giving your love, not getting it back!
