If it's your favorite pair, you stitch the elastic. Why throw out a perfectly worn in pair of boxers that has become your favorite just because the elastic broke? That's almost like throwing out your favorite pair of jeans because there's a hole in the rear.

It depends (no pun there) ... if they're a favorite pair of boxers, I might stitch them, otherwise: break in new pair!

Of course I don't wear boxers, but I don't see why anyone wouldn't just throw them away for another pair, although I think some people keep wearing them.

well it depends on how old those boxers are, if you've had them a year, i think it's time for a new pair, but if you just bought them, sure stitch them up
