In the maze,when Cedric was attacked by Krum,Harry first uses reducto to get through the hedge and then stupefy to stun Krum.When the skrewts attack him,he uses both stupefy and expelliarmus.

There are a two times where Harry helps Cedric with a specific spell, and both times he uses the stunning spell: "Stupefy"
In the maze, Viktor Krum was torturing Cedric with the Crucio curse, and Harry stops Krum with "Stupefy"
Also in the maze, a giant spider attacks both Cedric and Harry. Both Cedric and Harry together use "Stupefy" and stun the spider together.

In the maze? In the book I believe he used the Reducto curse in order to help Cedric once. I could be mistaken.

Hmmmm.... I seem to remember HP using "Diffindo" to split Cedric's bag open so that he could talk to him and tell him about the Dragons. Does that count?
