There may be some but I doubt it except maybe for the Ron Paul posters and even then they may just be passionate about their candidate. Some folks are better with words than others. Some have done better research and sound coached. Are they paid? Maybe, but I doubt it.
What I would suggest you do is contact the website of your favorite candidate or party and ask them about it. Obviously if it is happening they are the ones doing it.
