Since it's Patriotic Americans who built this country why should they be allowed to use the fruits of our Labor at our expense?

I think we have to stop letting our President (no matter who it is - it just happened to be Bush here, but regardless of who it is, or what party he or she belongs to) determine our individual level of patriotism.
Patriotism is not, and should not be, determined by one's personal views about the policies and politics of the President of the United States.
The President is a person. The United States is our country. Patriotism is love for one's COUNTRY, not one's LEADERSHIP.
We are required to show respect to his office, not to the man.

My level of patriotism is determined by ME, not anyone else, and since I don't judge other people, they shouldn't judge me either.
