That's the time in your cycle after ovulation until your next period begins. For most women it's 14 days. So if you ovulate on day 17 in your cycle (like me), you can expect your period on day 31. If you ovulate on day 14, then you can expect your period on day 28.

A Lutheal phase is the time between when you ovulate and when your period starts. It is commonly around 14 days, but may be a day or so either way. It is often quite hard to tell your exact Lutheal especially when most of us dont know our exact ovulation day, lol (just the way it is I suppose). But when using web sites, base it on average, unless you know from a gynae that you have a different lutheal phase length.
