most games have a 3 min force foreit limit.at end of 3 min you can FF the player and win.never play a table with no FF option.

What site are you referring to? I play rated games on Pogo.com all the time and this is a common problem. There are some jerks there that like to increase their ratings this way. They'll sit there and wait until you leave the game then declare and instant win.
The only thing you can do is never join a game thats been set up with no timer. Always set a time limit for your turns and if the other person doesn't make a move within the time limit you have the option to either extend the time or take a win.
