Well, things get better for a while. For guys, when you're an infant you can smother your face into boobies when any woman holds you, but that all changes when you turn...like, I don't know 8. You can crap yourself and someone else has to deal with it and someone else always has to make your food. Then things start getting ugly and society has certain "expectations" when it comes to your pooping and eating.

For some, yeah, it does...the life after birth just gets worse--either by their decisions or their parent's decisions. For others, it gets much better.
