Okay now that she is actually in jail, to be honest I figured her lawyer would have gotten her out of it (look what lawyers did for OJ) does she deserve it?

Reguardless of her being one of the most high profile socialites in the media, SHE BROKE THE LAW she deserves to do her time, and she only got a pathetic 45 days which by the way got cut down to 27 & she's not doing her time in a regular prison, she's going to a classy one, for high profile people.

She broke the law...she should go to jail. It's that simple in my mind- what's troubling you? We all knew that this sort of thing would happen, she hangs out with LINDSAY LOHAN. What else would come of that? Anyway, it's only 23 days (she'll live). It was originally 45 days, she got out of half of it...

Not only does she deserve to go to jail, its also great for society. This socialite piece of cheap meat struts around the globe like she is invincible and beautiful.

I think she DOES deserve to go. And it will be good for her. You can't convince me that you DID NOT KNOW your license was suspended -- Give me a break.
She obviously has not respect for authority . And I DON'T think she should be held in a 'Special Needs' unit either. She should be in the mix w/ everyone... That WILL definitely teach her!!!
Hmmm... I wonder if this could be filmed for a Simple Life episode?!?!? LOL!!!

absolutely! Just because her family has more money than God doesn't mean she can buy her way out of problems. I'm glad the judge ruled the way he did. Besides, she should've been arrested by the fashion police ages ago. Seriously!

Of course she does. Even though she's a celebrity and all, that doesn't in any way mean she's automatically granted a free pass out of it because she's got the right name.

Yea i do think she should be in jail. she broke the law and just because she's famous doesn't mean she should be treated different than normal people.
