No, but you have my sympathy. Been there. I'm sure you've seen an allergist, if not, do so and see what they have to say. Otherwise, have you tried a neti pot? It's sort of a little pitcher which you fill with warm salt water, and you wash out your nose with it. Sounds gross but it actually works. See link below.

Claritin is your friend! Also, lots & lots of water! A shower too, if you can! I have bad allergies too & these are the things I do!

If they are serious enough then yes they could!
Otherwise they will just make your day miserable until you sort of wish they would kill you off and be done with it!
