i have worked long hours this past two weeks and weekend and did not get a lot of sleep, is there anything that i can use to bring up the energy levels, as i did have a very early night last night, but i can not concentrate or do my work today,i feel so drained and lifeless in need of urgent advice

ok so i had a very early night last night where i normally go to bed at 12:00 i went to bed at 8:30 today i feel worse,what can the problem be or will it take more then one night to catch up all the lost sleep

I don't know what you do, but I would take a day off. Your body can only handle so much until it starts shutting down. You must listen to it, or pay the consequences.
Make sure that you're not tired because of dehydration and drink some water. If you're just physically exhausted, you need to rest (that's it). All these drugs and energy drinks basically give you a temporary boost. They will make you feel worse after they wear off.
Your job is important, but what can be more important than your health.

The best way is to take a lot of simple sugars that can be released quickly to give you energy when needed. The best would be either a banana or a variety of juices. Even energy bars work really well
