Methylated spirits is worse than death. It can and does lead to blindness and insanity, etc if you have the misfortune to survive.

It is a lot cheaper than normal alcohol if you don't mind self destructing. There have been newspaper reports of people drinking varnish, cleaning fluid, etc and dying from the methyl alcohol (methylated spirits) and other rubbish in it. The unlucky ones survived, blinded for life and with severe brain damage such as insanity, etc.

it depends on how long she has been doing meth. But meth does kill. tell her to get help. stay on her about this. and sometimes this helps. tell her dope is for dopes. but yes is does most likely mean death for beth if you do not get her help.
