No...because there is no physical touching or having sex with that person unless you agree to meet them to take things further...but i disagree i wouldn't say it can be seen as real infidelity, it's more just flirting fun than anything else.

Technically, yes... If you are having any sort of affair you are being unfaithful But I wouldn't leave my spouse over it. Kick his booty? Yes. Leave him? no.
