I need some very small tires that are rounded like those on a street bike and have tread for high speed and good grip on pavment.

They need to be 4"-6" with rims. There will be 2 or 3 of them supporting no more then 300lbs.

This is not going to have an engine on it. It will be running downhill using gravity to give it speed. The wheels will be free wheeling.

In my opinion, not a chance. High speed means pneumatic, not solid or semi-pneumatic which is what most tires in that range are. Then you want rounded which reduces the contact area. And in the small inside area, you are going to try to stuff a hub when most motorized hubs have a 3.5-4 bolt pattern. And while a caster that size, solid might support 100-300 pounds, if you are motorizing this, you have to figure 300 pounds on each wheel because of weight shifting during braking and turning, much less start up.
The smallest listed here

is 8" OD and the maker is a major source of tires and tubes.

bike tires are exceptionally lots valueless after 4 years, so if the tires are unique to the bike then you definately could be doing your self a prefer to change them. The cracks are from dry-rot, and that they seem to be a demonstration that the tires are previous. From a secure practices attitude, changing the tires could be a stable thought. Tread intensity is in basic terms an indicating factor for tire positioned on/existence once you experience sufficient to positioned on them out. As for replacements, you have 2 techniques. purchase from a broking and pay their fee yet get their mounting and balancing, or order online and mount/stability them your self. sellers many times won't mount and stability mail-order tires (or, in the event that they'll, they cost greater advantageous than what it could have fee to easily purchase the tires via them). because of the fact i pass via numerous tires each and every twelve months, I do my own mount and stability. i will might desire to risk a wager that because of the fact you're asking, your superb direction could be to pay a broking. sounds like OEM tires are IRC. i'm no longer prepared on IRC tires, yet they are stable sufficient. in case you do no longer experience lots (under 5,000 miles a twelve months), then choosing greater much less high priced tires could be a stable determination as you is often changing them earlier they are wiped out. Shinko is a stable, less costly, solid tire company. a series of Shinko 712 tires lists for variety of $a hundred online, the IRC RS310 appear at approximately $200, Avon AM41/40 two's are approximately $250 (very severe end tires), same for Metzeler ME880. in case you drop off your bike, you could parent yet another $a hundred for having the tires put in, a million/2 that in case you get rid of the wheels from the bike and walk them into the save. you are going to be able to do greater helpful on fee to locate a non-dealership (self reliant) save, it is not significant in the event that they artwork on Suzuki or no longer.
