August is probably best because there's no other holidays in August.
The worst is December, mine is Dec. 21, and all through my childhood I felt 'cheated' because I got one gift..... they would say "here's your birthday AND christmas present".

Any month but December. December's a great month, I love it cause of Christmas and New Year's Eve, and my birthday. But Christmas (and Hanukkah) is also why I don't view it as the best month for birthdays. Half my birthday presents could end up as Christmas presents, and vice versa.

June and September, The weather is just right. Not to hot and not to cold. You can celebrate in the great outdoors or intimately in doors.
