A lot of what people term 'racist' these days is pure bunk. It has come to the point now where if you say just about anything derogatory about anyone you are termed a 'racist'. The recent vote by the US Senate to make English the official language was termed 'racist'. Every thing you do is racist. Say anything bad about Jews, for example, and you are labeled as 'antisemitic'. The only thing is, I don't see anything wrong with being antisemitic at all. Why is it that everyone has to like the Jews and everything they do? Am I required to like them and think only good thoughts about them? And yet if I say anything against them I am guilty of a "hate crime". There is no rational logic at all to this sort of thinking. So I think most of what people term as "racist" is just nonsense.

Ignorance is the source of racism and all prejudice. When people cheat themselves out of knowing all types of people from all different walks of life, it is because they refuse or don't know how to take the time to get to know them.
The tragedy is, many people inherit this ignorance from their parents, who learned it from their parents, and on it goes. It's a travesty, and those who contribute to it have simply cheated themselves out of an education and many blessings!

It all starts with what is instilled within them as a child so it does start with the parents,,, you can't always blame the person it's what they have been taught by the parents, sad but true.

Yes, it's making me crazy. I never hear people saying things like they do on here in "real life". It's making me suspicious of white people in general. (And I'm white!!!)
