It acts just like a credit card and you can load money on it with a money order, go to a bank that accepts them to load it, or even western union.

some places take money orders...but some places only take credit cards and bank account payments. I would suggest just opening a bank account.

US Bank has a Visa Gift Card. 4.99 plus whatever you amount you would like to load it with. It work's like a credit card but without the fees. These are one time use.
