i always have a self doubt in whatever i do.i just go ahead and do things and end up successful but i want to do things cool and casual without any fear of "what others will think" and so on.can u guys help me?

You'll care less what other people think of you when you realize how seldom they do.

Practice doing one thing each day that scares the hell out of you. It's simple, but it's the easiest way to "practice". Talk to a stranger in the line at the supermarket or in the video store. Sing and dance in your car, or, if you're feeling really daring, on the street. Just live life, my friend.

Self doubt is a good thing if used properly. It is what allows us to examine our lives, actions, personality and make improvements. If used to continually denigrate and beat yourself down then it is not a useful thing to do. Use self doubt to make yourself a better person. Constantly improve yourself. The whole world will be a better place to live for everyone.
