Both teams have catchers that could be FA at the end of the year. Both teams have outfielders that have underachieved. Both teams have stellar prospects like Felix Pie and Phil Hughes. The Cubs need RP more than SP. The Yankees may be the opposite. Can a deal be made?

Def. I think the Yankees would give up alot for zambrano. even with an expiring contract they have the money to offer him more.

No way! My sweet Jorge isn't going anywhere,
especially now that he's swinging the bat the way he is!
That fool Cashman would be an idiot (or a BIGGER idiot)
to let Jorgey go.
The Yankees have Wang, Pettitte, and that stupid Clemens
so they don't really need SP the way the Cubs need RP.
In fact, the yankees kind of need RP too.
Just my opinion.

Maybe the Yanks can trade Kyle Farnsworth for being man enough to tell the truth about Roger Clemens' special treatments.

Yanks don't need SP, it's the relief that's killing them.
And they need help with the lineup.
Take a look @ the games in May and see that they scored only 2 runs in about 50% of their games.

And NO.. they don't need to give up anymore prospects.
That's what got them in this mess to begin with.
