How did the Kraken get stranded on the shoreline? Davy Jones commanded it

1) Yes, Will killed Davy Jones and he's still human because the Flying Dutchman needs a captain and Will stabbed the heart
2) Jack and Barbossa are one of the 9 Pirate lords so they each get a piece of 8
3) He told her to remove her trousers to check if she had any weapons
4) The governor died because Beckett killed him because he knew too much info about the heart
5) The kraken didn't get stranded on the shoreline. Cptn. Jack killed it and the end of movie 2
6) He wouldn't stab his own heart because it would be the same anyway
7) No, the dialogue was awesome
8) Calypso was added in the storyline because she was Davy Jones's love before
9) Davy Jones and his men are fishmen because his job was to ferry the dead to the other side for 10 years and he never did that so they were cursed and he grew tentacles

-Davy Jones abused his rights as captain of the flying dutchman which is why he became an octupus face. As long as the captain takes care of the souls lost at sea, they stay normal (human, but immortal)

- Yes. In PotC 2, Jack tells Elizabeth that as a Captain he can perform a marriage. So Barbosa (being a captain as well) can also perfom marriages.

Pirates 3 or Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End came out this past summer. As for a fourth movie, I have heard rumors there could be one, but I have yet to hear anything definitive. I read an interview with Johnny Depp where he said he would love to play Jack Sparrow again but that he had not been asked about a specific project. This was maybe 3-4 months ago. If they do make a 4th movie, I hope they have a much better story than 2 and 3.
